GMNOA

The Ghana Merchant Navy Officers' Association (GMNOA) is the professional body of seafarers and maritime stakeholders. The objective of the GMNOA is to protect the interests of Ghanaian seafarers. As an affiliate of the ITF, the GMNOA works with stakeholders to enforce CBAs for its members, advocating for and assisting stranded seafarers whenever possible. The Association stands as a fortress for seafarers. It is committed to upholding its shared values aligned with industry principles of safety, security, and environmental protection.
